snap goals

These are my goals:
  • Limit my caffeine-2 cups of coffee max daily
  • Limit my soda intake-minimal
  • Drink at least 64oz water daily
  • Eat breakfast daily
  • Eat meals & snacks; not just snacks all day
  • Exercise consistently-at least 5 days a week
  • Increase muscle tone
  • Fit into my clothes in my closet
  • Look & feel healthy
  • Run 1 mile without stopping
  • Complete a 5K
  • Lose around 40 pounds (I'm not bound by losing a certain amount of weight, however this should put me around what I was when I was married and felt great about myself)
These can change and adapt as I go along, I will update my goals as I complete them. This is where I want to start!
