- Limit my caffeine-2 cups of coffee max daily
- Limit my soda intake-minimal
- Drink at least 64oz water daily
- Eat breakfast daily
- Eat meals & snacks; not just snacks all day
- Exercise consistently-at least 5 days a week
- Increase muscle tone
- Fit into my clothes in my closet
- Look & feel healthy
- Run 1 mile without stopping
- Complete a 5K
- Lose around 40 pounds (I'm not bound by losing a certain amount of weight, however this should put me around what I was when I was married and felt great about myself)
